The event will be started by Ioulia Tsoutsouri, from whom we will taste crust bread and sourdough bread and we will see the entire kneading and baking process!!! She will also make us delicious kaserokouloura! Evdokia Vasiliadou will take the baton with gluten free churros! A favorite recipe for a Spanish delicacy, similar to Greek touloumbakia! Sprinkled and garnished, they will make Sunday breakfast delicious! And from Spain we will be transported to neighboring Italy with the group's chef and food blogger Viki Vogiatzi, who will make us Italian focaccia as well as the fastest and most delicious gluten-free cheese pies!
We will open our day with gluten free Artokratoras pastries!
